This is Daiji from Jimbocho!

今日は久々においしい料理のご紹介!

Today's topic is Japanese restaurant menu!

まずは海老の沖漬けです!!

Firstly, Oki-duke of prawn!

Oki-duke is marinated by soy-source.

In this case, it's used prawn.

海老の沖漬けって珍しくないですか?

It's rare for me.

Because I've never seen Oki-duke of prawn.

Usually it's used squid.

磯の香りとお醤油の風味。わさびをちょっと乗せていただきます。

The scents of sea from the prawn and flavor of soy-source with Wasabi!

海老の甘さと相まってとってもおいしい!!

That's good combination!

続いては、マグロの塩ユッケ!

Secondly, Tuna with salt source!

混ぜて召し上がり下さい!

Please mix and eat it!

マグロがとてもキレイで、日本酒と合う!おちょこが見えますか?

Tuna is beautiful and also good combination with Japanese Sake!

日本酒も美味いです!
